Keith's musical education started at the age of nine and his career spans several decades.  

A prolific composer across many different genres of music, ranging from full orchestral works for film, documentaries, theatre productions and big band arrangements, to television and radio station identity and advertisements.


Lived and worked in Johannesburg, London, Bristol and Los Angeles.

Toured extensively across the world with various bands.

Joined the seminal cross-over band Johnny Clegg and Savuka and embarked on a decade-long, extensive international touring schedule to sell-out shows.

Performed at Amnesty International Human Rights Now.

Headline for the show in Abidjan at the Stade Houphouët-Boigny, Cote d’Ivoire .

France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, Germany, Luxembourg, Belgium, Holland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway and the United Kingdom. 

Performed at many Music Festivals including the Montreux Jazz Festival.


French Touring Highlights 1988 : 

Le Zenith, Paris:  14 consecutive shows to audiences in excess of 7 000.

Lyon :  audiences of 40 000.

During the various runs of the show, Keith orchestrated and arranged approximately 250 pieces of music for the nine-piece band in various genres of dance music, ranging from Waltz, Viennese Waltz, Foxtrot, Quickstep, Tango, Rumba, Cha Cha, Samba, Salsa, Paso Doble and Jive to Show dances and Theatre Arts.  Every week he completed the orchestrations, arrangements and last minute edits, prepared all the parts, learned his own parts and then performed all the first keyboard parts during one rehearsal and the live TV show on Saturday nights.

Established Cedar Lakes Music School and provided musical education, training and preparation for graded Royal School of Music, Trinity Music and Rockschool Music Exams to thirty Expat students from across the world.
