
Hutchinson Music
Keith Hutchinson was born in the UK and arrived in South Africa as a teenager already 4 years into his music studies. Some years later Keith Hutchinson won Best Music for the South African Film, Jock of the Bushveld. A much loved famous South African story set in the time of the Great Trek. He is Grammy Nominated for his work on the album Heat, Dust & Dreams with the famous 'White Zulu' Johnny Clegg and his band Savuka which was proudly named the Spearhead of cultural change in the late 80's and early 90's. He also played with Clegg for Mr.Mandela's Presidential Inauguration in 1994. He toured the world alongside, Sting, Gabriel, Springsteen, Tina, Stevie Winwood, Robert Palmer, Joe Cocker, George Michael, David Bowie, Earth, Wind and Fire. A few years later he composed the theme music for the South African Broadcasting Corporation and all promo music for the full compliment of TV shows on Channel 3. He has composed in excess of 800 works one of which is his Quadrilogy Q444 for Orchestra, Choir, Band & Singers. 4h44m44s
